Today Kharghar Hills: builder information and project checks

Published by Property Point Online · Updated 31 October 2026

Review the builder information supplied for Today Kharghar Hills and the documents and questions that help distinguish project facts from general marketing.

Builder information supplied for this website

The project marketing information supplied for this website names Today Group (Bhadresh & Bhavesh Group) and Prachar Developers. Property Point Online operates this enquiry website as the channel partner identified in its disclosure. Confirm the legal promoter and project-specific details against the current registration and project documents.

Separate the developer, project and enquiry operator

The name used in marketing, the legal promoter named in registered project documents and the company handling an enquiry may have different roles. This website is operated by Property Point Online. Ask the team to identify the promoter entity, project registration, site address and the party issuing each document. A marketing name alone does not establish those details.

Documents worth requesting

• The current project registration record and the promoter details shown in it.
• The approved plan and configuration relevant to the property being discussed.
• The current cost sheet and the terms accompanying an application or booking.
• Written clarification of a claim that is material to your decision.

Keep the information project-specific

A description of a developer does not establish current inventory, possession, approvals or performance for this particular project. Verify the project documents and seek a qualified review where needed. Continue with project documentation questions or request the current project pack.
